Grading System
The Philippine Global School’s curriculum is anchored in the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) K–12 Curriculum, a comprehensive framework designed to equip students with essential skills and competencies for the 21st century. In alignment with Department Order No. 010, s. 2024 – Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum, the school began implementing the MATATAG Curriculum for Grades 1, 4, and 7 last academic year. This academic year, implementation has been expanded to include Grades 2, 5, and 8, with progressive rollout to the remaining grade levels in the succeeding years as mandated by DepEd.

Subject Offerings
In adherence to the Private Schools Policy and Guidance Manual (2014–2015) of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), The Philippine Global School incorporates the Arabic Curriculum subjects—Islamic Education, Arabic Language, and Moral, Social, and Cultural Studies—as mandated by the UAE Ministry of Education and ADEK Council.

The Philippine Global School (TPGS) promotes students’ mental well-being through a school-based “Student Mental Health Policy” aligned with ADEK’s guidelines. This policy focuses on education, prevention, and early intervention of mental health issues by providing awareness programs, counseling, referral pathways, wellness resources, and support for students with additional learning needs.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SCHOOL SPORTS POLICY
The school ensures all students engage in daily physical activity through structured and unstructured programs, inclusive sports participation, and adaptive support for diverse abilities. Its Physical Literacy Framework builds confidence, teamwork, competence, and understanding of movement, while competitive opportunities cultivate sportsmanship, integrity, and resilience. TPGS upholds strict health, safety, and facility maintenance standards, with staff training, risk assessments, and emergency protocols in place. Regular monitoring and evaluation ensure compliance with ADEK requirements, equitable access, and continuous improvement of physical education and school sports programs.
